Looking to the future, delving into the past
In 2012, Katia Paschou’s zeal to bring classical music closer to the audience led her to participate as a TEDx Speaker-Performer in the international event TEDx Athens "the ones who do", with a speech titled "How to View Opera as 'Cool.'" This milestone year marked the beginning of a series of creative opera projects with a mission to bring opera closer to the public, including Interaction Opera, Leto’s Song , and Callas-Vembo: An Imaginary Encounter, as well as creative ensembles like the Katia Paschou Project, Pathos, and the Dryades Quartet.
